Alex is a Talent Acquisition Executive Leader with a global recruitment network, originally from Liverpool, England. Beginning his career in Hong Kong, where he worked in agency recruitment across the insurance, IT, and gaming sectors, gaining international experience in high-pace, competitive markets.

In 2017, he relocated to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and continued to grow his career in talent acquisition leadership, earning an MBA from West Chester University in 2024.

He spent almost 8 years as Director of Talent Acquisition for Eurofins Environment Testing (USA), where he led a team of 10 high-volume recruitment and administrative professionals, hiring approximately 1,000 employees annually. His focus included executive search, process improvement, onboarding strategy, and driving strong internal client satisfaction.

Currently, he serves as Managing Director & Founder of The Zands Group, a boutique executive search partner dedicated to the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry & Corporate roles, with a specialized focus on the Environmental Testing sector across the United States.
